In one area we have brodend our horizion is in creating jewelry that is earth friendly. This includes using pieces that have been reclaimed, reusable, repurposed, recycled, as well as organic and vintage. And recently we inherited something quite fantastic! A ton of vintage pieces of jewelry! Instead of taking them apart we thought that we would sell them as is. However in our research, it became quite a challenge to find out the history of our pieces. So If you have any suggestions on how we can find out more information about our vintage jewelry please email us at info@btanjerine.com
And if you are looking for something truely unique like the porcipine collection including the broach and earrings or perhaps the butterfly earrings in their original box, you can email us at info@btanjerine.com. This is just a sample of what we have, so check in periodically. Happy shopping!

She just completed 10 years of voluntary service. We wanted to celebrate her accomplishment with something special becasue it is true that there is more happiness in giving than receiving!
Joanna is often traveling to far away destinations and always brings us beads from her travels. The most recent trip was to Brazil where she discovered seeds, and stones native to Brazil. Jean-Marie designed this gorgeous necklace and earrings especially for Joanna with seeds from Brazil, vintage sterling silver beads, and raw silk.

Congrats Joanna! I hope that you think of us when you wear your new pieces!

Her friend Andrew owns a sourdough bakery shop where they make fabulous bread that she frequently indulged in (speaking of which I am still waiting for my sourdough bread)! Check out their site at sonoma.com.au

Aside from all the new discoveries, Jean-Marie also made these earrings for a friend she stayed with. Ingredients include aquamarine, grey labordite, and silk cord.

This was a special convention because there were visitors from all over the world including, Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Philipines, Vietnam, and Hong Kong just to name a few. Plus countless others from around the country. They all joined together to receive instruction on how to improve their family life, and how to handle life’s problems. We made some itty bits to give to the visitors from around the world, a small token to say thanks! They were very excited to receive their presents, and you can see what they turned out like in the top picture. I loved all the traditional clothing of the visitors! What an inspiration all the brightly colored outfits were!
